To create these pieces, I choose the source material from my collection of vintage texts and ephemera – including old textbooks, atlases, discarded library books, damaged children’s books, toy instructions, and old newspaper pages. I have diverted these pieces from the wastebasket and landfill – finding some way to repurpose and upcycle some portion of what would otherwise be thrown out.
The results of these explorations have yielded imaginative, appealing, and useful products, including magnets, envelopes, gift tags, paper garlands and folded star decorations. I hope you love adorning your space with these treasures and bringing a touch of vintage whimsy to your days!
